I am truly blessed to be called by God to be the Coordinator of this MOPS group. This is my sixth year in MOPS and my heart is forever changed because of MOPS. I married the man I had a crush on when I was 9 and he was 18; we have been married for 16 years. On this journey of motherhood God has called me not only to love, nurture and raise my three children Daniel 5 yrs, Ruthie 4 yrs & Naomi 2 yrs. But he has also called me to love every woman, everyday in the way she needs to be loved, no matter where she is on her faith journey.

The upcoming 2009-2010 MOPS adventure will be my 2nd year serving as a mentor mom.

I am a native of Charlotte and spent 29 years teaching in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System. My husband of 38 years, Jim, and I raised a daughter, Shelby. My life revolves around our church

community and our home where I enjoy cooking, decorating, and reading. It is my desire to be a life-long learner and MOPS has given me a great opportunity to experience new things and connect with young mothers and children.
 

I am a mother of 4 grown children. I also have 4 wonderful grandchildren. I have been a MOPS mentor for a year now and absolutely love it! I am an artist and love to volunteer at CMC's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Praying for and holding those little ones is such a blessing.

I am the mother of two grown children who are married and raising my four adorable grandchildren. My husband of 39 years and I have enjoyed attending and ministering here at Christlife Church for 25 years. I also work as an administrative assistant in the church office. I enjoy traveling and game nights with friends. The 2009/2010 MOPS year will be my second as a mentor mom and I look forward to getting to know the moms better. This will be an exciting and fulfilling year and I look forward to being a part of it.

I have two very sweet kids -- Valerie is 7 and in the second grade, Chandler is 4 and in preschool. I have been married to my wonderful husband Ryan for 9 years. I have been in 3 different MOPS groups. One in Indiana, one in Hickory, NC and, of course, our fantastic group here in Charlotte! That's a total of 5 years (2 in steering). In my free time, I love to exercise and read.
 

I have been married for 8 years. We have four kids, 3 girls and a boy. This is my first year being a part of the steering team and my 4th year attending MOPS. In my free time I enjoy going out on dates with my hubby or having a ladies night out.

I've been married to my wonderful husband, Jason, for 4 years in December. We have two children. John is 2 and a half. Ruth is 13 months. I love spending time with my husband and playing volleyball and softball. I love being in MOPS and being with other women. This will be my 3rd year in MOPS.

 This is my fourth year attending Christlife Church MOPS and the second year I have been on the steering team. My husband Derek and I moved here from Rhode Island and have been married for 7 years this fall. We have two busy boys, Asher 5 and Saunder 1 1/2. I enjoy cooking, baking, reading, exercise, travel, gardening, camping, hiking, and staying in touch with my friends!

I am married to Aaron. We have been married for nine years. My children are Aaron Jr. (AJ- he is 6), Grace is 3 (will be 4 in November) and Luke is 7 months. This will be my fourth year at MOPS (1st on steering.) In my free time, I like to read and attempt to catch up on my scrapbooking. I also homeschool so I don't have that much free time.

Hi, my name is Shelley and my husband Paul and I just celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary. We have two boys, Connor (6) and Sean (4). Things I like to do (other than spending time with my family) and wish I had more time doing are reading, scrap booking and spending time with friends. I have been involved with MOPS for 4 years and this is my first year on the Steering team. I am so excited to be a part of the team and look forward to an amazing year!!!

I’ve been married to the man God sent me for 5 years. We have 4 beautiful blessings from God, KC 5 yrs, Katie 3 yrs, Hannah 2 yrs & Rebekkah 1 yr. This is my second year in MOPS and it is wonderful to be a part of this ministry.

I have been married to my high-school sweetheart, Chad, for 13 years. We have been truly blessed with two beautiful children, Ethan (9) and Elana (2). This is my first year with MOPS and I have so enjoyed every minute of it. I look forward to making myself available for new friendships and walking in God's perfect will for my life.

I’m married to a wonderful man named Craig; we have 5 children: Zoe 8 yrs, Gabe 6 yrs, Eli 5 yrs, and Colby & Lilly 2 yrs. Sometimes I feel like I am the zoo keeper, but am blessed to have these children and to be able to be a part of MOPS. This is my 4th year in MOPS and it is wonderful to be able to have a break from the daily zoo keeping and be able to be with other mom’s in the same phase of life.



For the past 8 years, I have been married to my best friend, Bruce. We have two beautiful children - Norah is 2 and Eliah is 10 months. It is hard to find "spare" time - but I do enjoy hiking, camping, cooking, creative projects, and reading. This is my third year in MOPS and my first on the steering team.
