Circle of Friends

Circle of Friends Fellowship is a ministry for adults 50 and older.  We meet the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month at 10am at the Matthews campus, 921-F Matthews-Mint Hill Road. Evening meetings and other activities are also planned as needed. There are no scheduled meetings during the months of July and August.

Our meetings are spiritually thematic and emphasize topics important to older adults. Our objective is two-fold: the importance of personal spiritual growth while simultaneously reaching out to others, especially the lost. Prayer is an important part of this fellowship. Through our studies, fellowship and prayer we not only connect but we also support each other, particularly during times of need.

Circle of Friends encourages older adults to look forward to the future and to view themselves as being in a new "prime" of life. We believe the best days are still ahead. We want to be a ministry that sees the future as bright and the opportunities as vast. We encourage older adults to use their experience, wisdom and scriptural strengths to participate actively in all Christlife Church ministries.
